Here is something fun to try when the opportunity arises. Have someone kill a goat for you. Boil it until it is tender. When you want to eat it , then make some hot coals outside and grill it over them. Baste it with a sauce with barbeque spice and some tomato pure and oil. It is Yummy. Tastes a little like mutton.
